Andover defeated Exeter on Wednesday by three strokes. Led by Captain Kavan Canekeratne ’14 (40), Alexa Tsay ’17 (37), Ellie Blum ’15 (39) and David Todd ’16 (40), Andover took the lead in the race for the Lovell Cup, which goes to the winner of the Andover-Exeter rivalry.

“It was a tough and quirky course that really tested your consistency,” said Rob Devaney ’14. “We were able to hold it together as a team and stay ahead for the Lovell cup. I played pretty poorly today but my teammates rallied and bailed me out.”

Last Monday, Alexa Tsay ’17, Ellie Blum ’15 and Alice Ahn ’16 competed in an all-girls tournament. Tsay tied for first place of around 90 girls with a 74 after she birdied the last three holes.
