Squash: Andover Girls JV Squash swept Groton at home on Friday; Boys JV Squash defeated both Squashbusters on Saturday and Exeter on Wednesday with a final score of 7-0. Next Wednesday, the girls will play against Middlesex and the boys will face off against St. Georges.
Hockey: Andover Girls JV hockey team secured a 4-2 win against Pike this Wednesday. Despite its success, the team came up short with a 1-4 loss against Deerfield last Saturday. The girls will play against Milton Academy next Wednesday. Andover Boys JV hockey defeated Andover High this Saturday in 3-2. On Friday, the boys will play on home ice against Belmont Hill.
Basketball: Andover Girls JV Basketball secured two wins this past week; after beating Governor’s 52-26 last Friday, the girls prevailed 52-21 against Chelmsford on Wednesday, extending their undefeated streak to 7. Boys JV1 Basketball won back to back games, beating Belmont Hill last Saturday and Chelmsford on Wednesday with respective scores 70-46 and 57-30. The wins allowed the boys to increase it standing season record to 5-3. On Saturday, the boys will play against Worchester on the home court while the girls will travel to face off against Exeter.
Swimming: The JV Swimming and Diving team attended an unofficiated away meet against Groton this Wednesday. Next Wednesday, Andover will race St. John’s in the home pool.
