Ahhhh, the good ol’ Arts section, home of the many talented writers whose sole purpose is to create an audience at the campus events that nobody goes to… we loved that article about the kazoo sextet performance, by the way! Great material for Features.
Rumor has it that there will be a tutorial on how to make DIY NASA space station, next week (materials available only at Susie’s)!!!! But we’ve discovered that the new Arts editors have recently been getting crafty in another way—with witchcraft!
An anonymous ex-member of A&L (hint: her name rhymes with Sarah) confided, “It’s a cult. I can’t believe I got out alive. From the outside, they look like a bunch of harmless artsy dislocated-hipsters, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I still get night terrors from this one time that the Arts editors performed a wicken ritual before sign-in, built a bonfire of old Commentary sections and sacrificed a Gunga effigy.”
Tiff Tebow and Sharan wrap, the new Arts editors, are sure to sweep us off our feet with their talent… or with their broomsticks.
So if you’ve ever felt compelled to read an A&L article, you’ve definitely been bewitched. And if one of the editors offers you a magic potion, grab your space station and run!!!
