Boys Tennis secured three consecutive victories this week against Groton, St. John’s Prep, and Exeter. During the game against Groton, the team dominated the opposition, securing a sweep reminiscent of the team’s sweep of Groton last year. Despite being away from home, Boys Tennis similarly overwhelmed Groton, scoring each point power and finesse as the team cruised to a 6-0 victory. The team continued its good form into its game against St. John’s Prep, winning 5-2 in a confident victory. Although this game came the day after the team’s game against Groton, Boys Tennis showed no signs of fatigue as it won comfortably. On Wednesday, the team faced off against Exeter at home, winning 5-2 in a gutsy performance against its perennial rival. The team will travel to Exeter for a rematch on May 21st. These wins extended the team’s win streak to four games and pushed the team to an 8-2 record. Boys Tennis will play Choate on May 10th.
