PA Lacrosse Stays Warm During Winter

As the snow melts and the birds begin to chirp again, spring is in the air. Well, maybe not quite yet, but the lacrosse players are acting like it is. This past winter, the lacrosse basics program, overseen by Coach Carr and Coach Dugan, has so far been very successful in honing preseason skills and providing opportunities for players to improve physically as well. Four days a week the lacrosse boys are hard at work in the weight room. Their hours spent lifting and conditioning should help establish Andover Lacrosse early on in the season. Athletes are making numerical gains day by day, but even more important are their improvements in technique and accuracy.
