As the Phillips Academy music department prepares a series of diverse and ambitious concerts this term, it seeks to offer students various opportunities to enjoy and experience the different types of music represented on campus. The first concert of the term will take place on Friday, October 17, at 7:00 pm. in the Cochran Chapel. The Symphony Orchestra, directed by Instructor in Music William Thomas, plans to present part of Dvorak’s New World Symphony.
